Tom Shipley:  I needed a ball to handle a Heavy Oil condition with very weak reacting backends si I tried this ball. I used a 65 x 3 3/8 x 25 dual angle drilling. I used the box surface at first then eventually tried 1000 and 500 grit Abralon. This seemed to help with the traction but if I got the ball into any friction too early it hit very weak. So this ball is a more condition specific ball in my opinion for heavier patterns. Tom Shipley McCorvey's Pro Shop 21
